Default Yay Me!!!!!!!!!!!

I DID IT! My detox is not over until tomorrow but I couldn't resist weighing myself this morning - and to my surprise - I LOST 9 lbs!!!!!!!!! What a great start - I feel better and am now even more motivated than ever to stick to this program! Go ME!

Thanks to everyone on this board for their advice and support! You all have really helped me stay focused and motivated - especially during this detox phase. I didn't think I was going to make it - I had migraine headaches for three days straight - they have finally stopped. I didn't drink coffee or sodas, so I guess with my sweet tooth I was having WAY too much sugar and my body went into "shock" when I quit eating the stuff - LOL.

Anyway, I'm SO Happy! Have a Great Day, everyone!

That's GREAT news! You should feel so proud of yourself.

I keep messing up with my plan, since things are so crazy these days, but it's so great and motivating to hear other people succeeding! Hopefully I'll be next after I redo detox starting Monday. I'm aiming for 5 pounds, but 9 is AMAZING! Woo Hoo!!!

Thank you both!

Annie-Good Luck with your detox next week. - let me know how it goes for you. I'm thinking about staying on the detox for one more week myself. I don't expect to lose that much each week - but it definitely got me more motivated.

Ntregme - I am currently on the Fat Smash diet Detox phase. During this phase you basically only eat fresh fruits and veggies, drink lots of water or tea. The book can give you some details about this diet, if you are interested. There is also alot of tips and details about this diet on this board. Good Luck!
