I just threw some Greek yogurt in the blender with frozen strawberries and a splash of milk and it was delectable! Kind of like a frozen yogurt dessert!!!
I've also found a great selection (albeit expensive) of pre-packaged smoothies in grocery stores in the produce section. Just read the ingredients to make sure there are no bananas.
Once you hit Cycle 2 and 3, I love making smoothies with some yogurt, milk, frozen fruit, and peanut butter!!!

The peanut butter will just send you over the moon!
