Almost done with Phase 1
Hello ladies!
Well, I think I finally found my thing...the Fat Smash Diet
I started on Sunday, March 30 and today is day 7 of detox. I have 2 more days left for Phase 1. So far, 8lbs down
I had some help from a friend at work. He really helped me stick to the fruits/veggies/brown rice/oatmeal. I didn't work out like I should have but I'm really going to pick it up starting tomorrow. I'll be so glad when I'm finally able to add in some meat/seafood/cereal in phase 2.
I suggest you try this diet if you can. I know it may be difficult for women who have families, busy schedules. Believe me, it works!!!
