I guess technically you lose more nutrients that way but if you simply sautee it a bit it shoudl be okay. Also you could fry it in water the way they do at japonese restaurants. Then you woudln't have the added fat.
Hey 2B.....im on day 6 of phase 1!!! I was only gonna use a drop of oil, but i could also use water!!!! Im just waiting on phase 2...at least i can incorporate somemore choices into my diet

I had a good day today. It was day 3 for me. I didn't really have any proper meals cause I was out all day but I think I did well. I had bluberry tofu in the morning a banana for a snack. then a yogurt and then some carrots and parsnips raosted (2 of each) and a veggie patty . It's 9pm and I feel a bit hungry but I know I am going to bed so I think I will try to hold out until the morning.
I can't wait for phase 2 either. I haven't had cereal since 2007!! I barely remember what it tastes like!!
Well,2B, i only slightly wiped the pan w/ evoo since its nonstick anyways. It came out good and ive been eating it with brown rice....yummy-insert sarcasm here-hahahaha!!!! This is my last day on phase one and i cant wait till tomorrow to eat meat.....lean, that is!!! And cereal...im one of those who actually likes bran flakes!!!! Let me ask you, when you first starte phase 1, did you notice a weight change at all w/out the scale? I havent weighed myself because i hate scales, but i dont see any change yet. But then again, can you really see a 3-4 pound loss?
Im having chicken!!!!!!! I absolutely hate seafood-all kinds except tuna fish!!!Boneless chicken breast...skinless as well!!! I baked it with some seasonings....,since we can have that!!!! Bran flakes are good, especially Total!!!! Im just missing my wheat crackers....give me those and some water and I wont need to eat anything else!!! I dont have a scale so the only time i can weigh myself is at the gym at night.....and you know thats the worst time to weigh yourself!!!! So im just gonna pay extra close attention to how my clothes fit
No, i didnt succumb to the crackers...hahhahaha!! I love wheat thins and wheat saltines. The chicken came out delish.....i ate half of it with some cabbage and ended up falling asleepbefore i could finish the other half. But i did wake up and finishtherst....lol!!! My meaurements seem the same to me but of course, do we ever see results ourselves!!?? I do the gym about 3 hours a day.... just because thats what im used to, so i assume i am losing some sort of weight!!
Good for you not touching the crackers. Are you eating cabbage daily? Why are you even eating it if you don't like it?
I find it hard to take my measurements I do it once a month but I'm not sure about it's accuracy.
So are you planning to work out for 3 hours every day during the whole program and not do his exercise advice? I actually cut down on exercise when I started fat smash. I was doing aboutan hour a day and now I do 30 min but next week I will increase when I begin phase 2.
No its just what im used to. What, you think he would turn his nose up at more exercise!??? I wish he would.....hahahahahahahaha!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I like cabbage but im just eating all that i've cooked till its gone!! It just seems as if phase 1 is the same as phase 2!! Now i really cant wait for phase 3...lol!!!
I can't wait for p2 for the cheese! I'mgoing out grocery shopping today! The only reason I would be concerned baout the exercise is how can yyou increse by 25% long term? I personally think that is the real secret to this diet. The working out! Have you weighed yourself at all?
No, im a punk!!!!! Im gonna do it tomorrow.....i promise!!!!! Ive learned that i definmately have to switch up my fruit because ive been eating it all mixed together and i dont wanna see another canteloupe or stawberry again!!! Apples for meeeeeeeee!!!!
Try some other things. Why don't you post your menu and see if you can get some suggestions? Have you tried the sweet potato fries? What about baked apple?
I tried the sweet potato fries and they were good. I seem to get more feedback on recipes from this site than from the book. It tends to be very vague in some areas. I did have the crackers but it was ok-it wasnt chips though!!!!!!
