Maybe its time to quit being a picky eater...they are made not born. Try different ways of preparing foods, some hate cooked spinach but love spinach salads. Add veggies like carrots and zucchini finely shredded to meat loaf or hamburgers. You'll have to give us more info on what you like to get useful recipes. And you do have to get you healthy 8's in every day.

Default Phase 1 veg recipe

I am a Chinese food freak! I've adapted my standard stir fry to make it Phase One friendly. Stir fry your veggies and meat as usual, then mix about 1/4 chicken broth with a T of soy sauce, a T of vinegar (rice wine if you've got it) and a T of Peanut Butter. Throw in a few shakes of garlic and ginger (if you've got em) and heat in the microwave til it's warm enough to melt the PB. Then put this in the wok and cover to let it steam the veggies a little mroe and thicken.

This sauce is a little thinner than I usually prefer...but it's worth it to avoid the corn starch I usually add as a thickener! If you like spicy, put in some hot pepper flakes, too. Yummy!
