Hi, I'm 19 and still a student so quite a lot of my social time is spent in pubs! I will of course be exchanging pub spending time for gum spending time! but odes anyone have any idea about what sort of alcoholic drinks have low calories?
Hey, I'm a student as well...keep in mind most alcoholic drinks are very high in calories, so I can't think right off the bat which ones are low in calories. Not sure I ever heard of one. Generally what I usually do is order a virgin strawberry dacquriri (sp), or water.
Personally, I stick to white wine or hard liquors mixed with diet pop or sugar free fruit juice. I savor a few drinks over the course of a night, and focus on the company
yeah cheers that sounds the right thing to do, my friends are over at the moment I've had 2 vodkas with diet coke. but i think i will just drink water for the rest of the night. I am only on day two of my diet so i don't want to be evil. but i imagine that i will be tested by going to pubs etc so its good to know! but i think "I savor a few drinks over the course of a night, and focus on the company" is the best advice for those both on a diet and not!!
