Hello and welcome -- I'm pretty new to this myself. I'm doing the Extreme Fat Smash, so it may be a little different from what you're doing, but here's what seems to be working well for me ...
Breakfast:
1 cup oatmeal with a little "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter" Spray and a bit of soy milk. 1/2 cup of fruit.
Meal #2
Small Salad w/ 1/2 cup garbonzo beans and 3 TBSP low-fat/fat free balsamic dressing
Meal #3
6 oz. nonfat/lowfat yogurt and 1/2 cup mixed fruit salad (apples, berries, pears -- whatever I have)
Meal #4
4 oz. chicken or fish, 1 cup brown rice, 1 cup (serving) veggies (asparagus, broccoli w/ onions and seasoning--something like that)
Some days I eat the 2 snacks -- some days I don't. Usually I'll have a fat-free pudding or 12 almonds or a piece of fruit or yogurt.
Anyway -- lots of luck to you. If you can get through the first couple of days, you can do it.
