Smile Starting Phase One... Again

Ok just came from the grocery store and spent about $40 of stuff for the Fat Smash Diet. I have put on about 10-13 lbs over the last 2 months by just being lazy and eating what ever I felt like. I tried WW but hated the counting points thing and gave up after just one day. I have tried Fat Smash before and I know I can the lose the weight quickly and it also helps rid your body of those bad food cravings.I will be starting Tuesday, Nov 13. I would love to have some support this time around. I have always love this forum and I am glad to be back again.

lots of luck to you! it's always sort of a pain to start over (i know) -- but once you get rollin', you do feel so much better.
i just finished my 1st week of the EFS, and i know i've probably lost a bit more, but it's "that time" -- so i'm hoping for a few more pounds off in the next couple of days.

Default Fell Off!

Good morning all....Its been a while.

Nelle, I will be starting tommorrow also. I'm going to the store today. I had good intentions of going to the gym this morning however, overslept....I have to get back into the rythm of things. I felt so much better and now it seems as though I have reverted back into lazy mode and that's just not going to happen. Anyways I will keep you guys updated on the progress. I know these first few days are going to be quite interesting.

Smile Starting the Day Off Right!

Good morning all....I made it to the gym this morning, I feel good. Today is the my first day on phase I, I'm going to have a omelett for breakfast and yogurt/fruits for snacks not sure about lunch yet (undecided). I so hype because I am ready once a again to make that change. I hope your day starts off like mine, I am determined to stay with this and make this a daily habit of making better choices to live a healthy life.

hello there.

Been away from forums for long time. I myself am starting over with phase 1. Started first time around and lost 30 lbs in 11 weeks. Then turkey day was here and i went over board with cheating with my stuffing and mashed potatoes. I gained 6 pounds, a set back. So i too am starting back at phase one ( did on this tuesday nov 27th). So I'd like to say GOOD LUCK to you!

Hi!! I'm new here and this computer stuff is new to me I have been reading the forums for a while my son signed me up because like I said I'm just learning or trying to learn and posting is really new to me I love all those dancing veggies and happy faces and stuff send How do you do that well maybe one day I'll learn that's what got me reading the forums they were so cute I would just read to see how people were doing even though I didn't post Well now I can sorry for the bad punctuation . Welcome everyone!! I don't know how often I'll post but I hope to often.I did Fat smash awhile ago but I don't know how much I lost I stayed on phase 1 just because I liked it and never moved to phase 2 . I would just eat fish or chicken when me and my husband would go out to eat.I also drank coffee decaf I think even through it's not on phase1 and lots of tea and water.I'm close to being a vegetarian so no meat does't bother me .My problem is portion control and exercising and spacing my meals.I'm thinking of starting again! I would like to team up you all .I tried low carb but their phase 1 usually cuts out fruit and I love fruit and I don't care about the meat. Does anyone know how many cups or half cups of beans you can have a day. I have the book but I don't know if it says. I might be eating too many beans at a time Thank you I hope to here from you soon .I hope this forum stays active ! so we can all encourage one another sorry this so long well bye for now I hope we all do well especially with the holidays coming !! juicin judy(JJ)

Sorry just me again I don't have a ticker or whatever It's called at the bottom of my post because I don't know where to get them. I need to lose 20lbs or so I would be happy with 5or 10 for now.JJ
