Welcome aboard Mizzbouncy! This is a easy diet, now the first 9 days are the most challenging however, after that its smooth sailing. Granted you may be tempted by everything and everybody but its okay. The best thing to do is to pre-plan your meals and take your snacks with you if at all possible. Remember to drink plenty of water......water......and more water and work out. The results after my 1st 9 days were phenomenal. Good Luck!!!!!

Best of luck to you ... my advice is to take it one Phase at a time ... get through 1 and the rest will be a breeze ...

You can get the book at any of your local bookstores. I got mine at Barnes and Noble. The book is a good guide, but you'll find it kind of vague. I've found that all of the people on this site have been really helpful in filling in the blanks!

"The Fat Smash Diet" by Iam K. Smith, M.D. That's the book that the majority of us here use. There's also one, "Extreme Fat Smash Diet" which is more extreme (heh, obviously, hence the name). I would suggest locating each book in the Diet and Nutrition section of the bookstore and reading the synopsis of each to see which one would suit you better.

Find the book and read the book. You seem to have figured out how to post. Once you read the book, you'll have a good understanding of what we all are talking about in our posts.
