I have been calorie counting (1200-1600/day) for 7 months, and lost 21lbs in the first 5 months. Now I've been stuck for 6 weeks!!! I tried changing some things, but really not having much luck. I've never been one for "Plans" but I have been reading up on Fat Smash and was wondering if you all think it would be a good idea to do FS Phase I "detox" to try and break this awful stall? Or any reasons you FS experts think I
shouldn't try?
