Exclamation I need some advice

I'm getting married in April, and we are meeting with our potential caterer on Thursday. At that time, I will be on day 4 of detox. Should I just ad another day to my detox period? Or do you think I will need to start the detox over? Ahhhh I don't know what to do!?!?!

I don't think you need to restart the detox. You could extend the detox by one day if you wanted, but I don't think it will be bad if you don't. Do you have to eat a whole bunch of food or just tiny tastes of things with the caterer? If it's just tasting, I doubt it will impact you if you behave yourself on the surrounding days and with the other meals on that day. You gotta taste the wedding food for the big day!

I think that they are going to give us one of each entree, and 2 of each appatizers to split between my fiance and I. Thanks for the advice, I was sure hoping that I didn't have to totally start over. phew!

Enjoy your tasting! That doesn't sound like too much food. You can easily take just a bite or two of each thing and let your finace finish. I'm sure the caterer won't be surprised to hear that a bride is dieting before a wedding and doesn't want to eat a lot!

I agree with everybody else - just have one bite of each option at your tasting and stay on Phase 1 for a day longer. That's what I'm going to do this week as well! And enjoy your tasting!
