Default Interesting Article - whey powder?

i found this interesting article on msn just now...and its interesting because the items mentioned are pretty much what FS is based on...which is GREAT...one addition that i noticed though, was whey powder....im wondering if this is something that we would be able to add to our daily routine/"diet"?

very effective article! it stated a lot of good points that i didnt know about food! with def. print it out when i get home to have for reference!

I have the ABS Diet books - the plan is similar to FS but doesn't have phases. The FS foods are very healthy and the way everyone should be eating. I think it is fine to substitute whey powder for 1 or 2 milk servings. 1 serving of whey protein has about 110 cals, is low fat and low carb - great way to build a great fruit smoothie.
