Unhappy Just finish cycle 2
Well, I just finish cycle 2 and I only lost 2 pounds, I wasn't exactly happy but I guess at least it's something better than nothing. I think for the last cycle I will do the first cycle. anyhoo good luck everyone!

2 lbs is better then nothing, and better then gaining...im sure if you repeat phase 1 you will see a difference! congrats on the 2 lbs.
