Default chicken on the grill?

anyone know why we cant have chicken on a grill instead of baked chicken in the FS diet??...i dont mind baked...but just curious to know why bbq would be worst...especially if theres no added flavoring or anything...just straight chicken on the grill till its cooked...

I don't see why you couldn't as long as you're not doing a marinate or oil on it. Sounds good!

yea i was just curious to know about that one...the book says baked chicken...just wondering if baked is supposed to preserve any natural elements of the chicken as opposed to broiled or grilled...

thanks for the reply!!

could be cuz the natural juices will drip down but I would think it would make the chicken leaner but he could be referring to not adding bbq sauce to the chicken.

twist some lime and dash with garlic should be tasty on the grill...

enjoy!
