Today was cycle one, day one of efs. I already feel like I have more energy, I can't sit still for very long. I don't feel hungry but I feel like eating out of habit which has been the hardest part.
Habit eating is a problem with me too. I'm drinking a lot of water. I'm also chewing Altoid gum - it's sugarless. I know I'm not hungry but I'm used to eating a bite here and there so I have to keep my mouth busy LOL
Habit eating was hard for me at first too, especially the first week. It got a lot easier after that. I'm not sure if it's because I got out of the habit or if I just didn't feel like eating what was on list anymore (esp. brown rice)!
