Well as most of you know I met my first goal of 30 lbs whoo hoo! So I have now set a new goal of 20lbs to be reached by the end of Aug.
It is a scary goal because if I hit it is will be lower than I can remember being in a LONG time! It will also put me at a sz 12 which is the smallest size I have been for so long. I am 5'11 so I 12 is a great size for me to be in.
Anyways, I am just so intimidated, the first 30 was easy, no i am trying to sit numbers my scale forgot exisited.
Any tips are welcomed and lots of good wishes are pleaded for!!!!

All I can say is WOW !!!! That first goal is such an awsome one to meet !!! you must have worked so hard ! congratulations im sure that you will meet your second goal..... im very excited for you and you have all the best wishes you can possibly imagine.
