Hello all. I will be starting on phase I of the diet on Monday. I have never tried this particular diet before. I decided to do it because I have tried so many others (losing hundreds of dollars in the process), and not losing any weight. This diet however seems simple enough and cost effective. Before I start I just wanted to get any last minute advice from the veterans of FS. Is there something you did on your plan that you wish you hadn't? Are there any awesomely delicious foods I should eat that may make my diet a little easier? Anything would help.
