Question Starting Fat Smash on Monday!!!

Hello all. I will be starting on phase I of the diet on Monday. I have never tried this particular diet before. I decided to do it because I have tried so many others (losing hundreds of dollars in the process), and not losing any weight. This diet however seems simple enough and cost effective. Before I start I just wanted to get any last minute advice from the veterans of FS. Is there something you did on your plan that you wish you hadn't? Are there any awesomely delicious foods I should eat that may make my diet a little easier? Anything would help.

Welcome luv ! I can relate to the sinking lots of $ into weight loss part of your post. The difference is I find that the only one who's benefitting from my $ on this plan is me! I find it really easy to follow. A couple of pieces of advice:

1 - Check out the FS recipes thread - lots of great ideas
2 - I tend to be rushed in the AM and don't really care for oatmeal, so I usually have a smoothie for breakfast (in blender: 1 c. skim milk, tsp vanilla, 1 tsp Splenda, couple of ice cubes, fruit of choice - if frozen, leave out the ice)
3 - Check out the sticky's at the top of the FS forum - Q&A with Dr. Ian is very helpful
4 - Post any questions - people here are very friendly!

Hi, I'm new here and on day 3 of EFS. I feel so much better already it's almost unbelievable! I can honestly say I have not felt truly hungry or the least bit deprived on yet...for me that's amazing! LOL I've tried just about everything too, and have about 70 pounds to loose. Anyway just wanted to wish you luck!!
