I bet when he sees how much weight I've lost by the end of Phase 1, it'll spark his interest and he'll want to give it a try.
Congrats on getting through the first day! Make sure you plan ahead otherwise you'll get bored with the foods. Take this opportunity to try new fruits and veggies. Edamame makes a great snack! I also learned to make oatmeal with some plain oats, part water part milk, a little salt, a smooshed banana, cinnamon and a little bit of Splenda. It's a great way to start your morning! I'm starting day three. I'm almost 1/3 through! Good luck to you and wish me luck as well!
