Great work getting your dh to go along with you. I tried to get mine to try it but he wasn't interested I bet when he sees how much weight I've lost by the end of Phase 1, it'll spark his interest and he'll want to give it a try.

Congrats on getting through the first day! Make sure you plan ahead otherwise you'll get bored with the foods. Take this opportunity to try new fruits and veggies. Edamame makes a great snack! I also learned to make oatmeal with some plain oats, part water part milk, a little salt, a smooshed banana, cinnamon and a little bit of Splenda. It's a great way to start your morning! I'm starting day three. I'm almost 1/3 through! Good luck to you and wish me luck as well!

My soon to be hubby is doing fs with me. he's lost almost twice as much weight as I have! I hate that men can lose the weight so much faster than we can!

I'm in phase 2 now. I'm so happy to be able to eat meat again! good luck to everyone in phase 1! the 9 days will be over before you know it!
