Smile First day of Phase 1 of regular Fat Smashers!!!

Ok y'all...first, I'd like to say that technology is the greatest thing...having all of these posts to read, really helps.

This isn't easy only eating fruits and veggies...I'm not a chef and don't really like to cook at all, so life will be difficult for the next 9 days. However, when I read about all of your triumphs, I get an extra boost of positivity...thanks everyone!!!

Wish me luck...and strength

Default 1st Day Blues

I too am on my first day... I'm at work today (I work 24 hour shifts) and so far I've done pretty good... until about 30 minutes ago. I am SO craving some doritos or something right now... But I am holding strong... maybe I will go eat some more asparagus. LOL Good luck to ya! Hope your next day and a half are great!

Stand strong goddess!!!!!!! Remember that it's only 9 days in this 1st part. Concentrate on your body at your goal weight and what you'll wear.

Today was my first day on the FSD. I did OK until I was watching TV. I really wanted something salty. So I got up and started doing things around the house and the craving passed. 1 down, 8 eight to go!

That's my girl...tough but you did it...we both did!!! I have to go to my hometown on July 11 for vacation, so I'd really like to lose at least 11 lbs. I haven't been under 160 for many many years. How realistic is that goal for someone who has the hardest time taking it off? Think the FSD can do it?

Hang in there, everybody!

Day 1 was the worst for me - I was driven insane by hunger, and no amount of broccoli or brown rice was going to satisfy me! But, I stuck it out (like you guys!), and I just finished Phase 1 - 9 pounds lighter!

I'm not much of a chef, either; I pretty much ate the same stuff for the entire 9 days, which was ok for me. I'll probably keep doing the same thing for the next phase, too!

Good luck!

Can I join you? Found this method in a magazine, I live in Sweden and started yesterday with phase one. Yesterday went fine but today I am really hungry...

Hey guys! For you all that are craving chips, I made my own "chips". I took a sweet potato and sliced it super thin, sprayed some non stick spray on a cookie pan, baked them in the oven with salt and *PRESTO* crunchy potato chips without cheating!

Just a thought that may help!

Hi everyone, Day 2 for me. I have a little headache that I can't seem to shake off, but I think it's probably my body detoxing.
newme222: I think 11 pounds by July 11th is realistic with the FSD. Anytime you feel weak just think about how good you'll look when you're on vacation!
Hope everyone has a great day !

Default Ahh, support

I can't tell y'all how great it is to have this medium for support. It's nice to know we're all struggling in the same ways and it's not just me. My friends and I are going to sushi lunch today and I'm struggling with what I can eat when I get there...they don't have brown rice. My lifestyle is such that I go out to eat regularly...this Phase 1 will be a challenge.
