So far on FS for 7 days and my sleeping has improved considerably. Last night, my wife told me my cell phone went off at midnight... didn't hear it.

When my son's come in late at night, I usually wake up.. Haven't heard them come in all week... Something has changed and it's great!

I am sleeping much better as well, and I've been doing this for 5 weeks now. I was surprised, since I am going to bed fairly hungry some nights.
