hello, my name is nic and i'm new (obviously, lol) and i just wanted to drop in and say hi.

i've struggled with my weight for most of my life and i've finally decided to join a formal diet.

this is my second try at fat smash, i kind of fell off after detox and i plan on recommiting the first if june.

Welcome Nic! I just joined the Fat Smash crew this week and so far, so good! I am in day 2 of the Detox stage. Yippee! I made a calendar and hung it on my fridge so I could cross out each day after I made it through. You gotta have those positive reinforcements! They do help!

welcome welcome, im on day 4 of detox and (hopefully) going strong!
keep coming here and posting because i notice it helps take my mind off munching on the bad stuff when i know others are in the struggle with me.
