Default Yummy summer idea

Just to switch things up and make a "lighter" meal, for dinner I make a salad with lettuce, and other normal salad stuff, but topped it with bunches of grilled veggies.

It was yummy, and gave me the taste of a full hot meal..

It is a hot day and I did not feel like eating the rice, I just wanted something light. Anyways, I am sure you guys have probably already tried it, but I know some are always looking for good phase 1 ideas, so I figured I would share it.

Happy Smashing!!

Thumbs up

Hey Tina,

That sounds yummy! Thanks for the idea.

I love salads, especially when it gets hot, and I'm always looking for new toppings. I'll definately try this the next time I have a chance

I eat a salad almost everyday for lunch, but am growing tired of the same old thing. This will be a nice change. I was just wondering what kind of dressing you use.

Thanks for the great idea. With summer upon us, this is a really good way to change things up! Thanks again.
