I've been lurking here for a few weeks, and love that you are all so supportive of each other. Even though the messages were addressed to other people, I've been pretending they were for me! The recipes are especially helpful.
I started FS about 2 weeks ago, totally blew this past weekend

, but have still lost about 9 pounds. Back to the drawing board with P1! Soon, I'll be comfortable enough to implement the exercise part of the plan.
