Page 21 of your book - All fruits in any quantity. All vegetables in any quantity except no white potatoes and no avocado. At the same time, though, bananas can be higher in calories than some other fruits, so you'll want to keep that in mind and eat a reasonable amount
Add brown rice, oatmeal, lowfat yogurt, skim or 1% milk, and beans and/or legumes to your list

If you don't have the book, we highly recommend you pick up a copy while you are out. You need to eat the correct amounts of the above so you don't under or over eat
