I haven't been working out but plan on it when school lets out for the summer so maybe I'll lose more that way....any help would be appreciated...thanks

Initial weight loss will be more with any diet, because you usually lose excess water weight in the first two weeks of a diet. It should taper down to about 1 or 2 pounds per week loss, which should all be fat so that's a good thing

The same thing happened to me. I lost 5 pounds during detox and was feeling great. But during the first week and a half of phase two I didn't lose anything. My husband encouraged me to stick to it and not to give up because it could be just a minor plateau. I also wasn't exercising like I should have been. Since then I've ordered Harvey's Booy Camp DVD and have been gradually losing 2 pounds per week. In four weeks I've lost a total of eight pounds and have never felt better. Just stick to it. The scale may be staying the same, but alot is going on with your body as it adjusts to your new lifestyle.
