Red face Basics of EFS & FS - newbie needing help!

Hello all!
I have been searching the net for info on EFS & FS and found a little but not all the basics I need to get started. I live in Tasmania and havent been able to find either book in any bookstore down here (I realise that it is available on the net, but dont have a credit card). I hope it is ok to ask for the basics - I have read that their is 4 phases in FS what are the foods available in each phase? How different is EFS? Are foods cut out? Does that program have phases also?
Any and all help appreciated!

K

I'll write up a comparison of the two with sample menus, but I can't do it until tonight because I'll be gone for the day. Someone else may beat me to it, but other wise check back in the morning

Do you have a library close by? That's where I picked up my copy of EFS. My library even has a budget for purchasing books that they don't have if you put in a suggestion.

I'm so sorry, there will be a slight delay. I've gone all over my house and can't find my Extreme Fat Smash book. I know it's here, but if you saw my house you'd understand why I can't find it I'll search again tomorrow. I was planning to write the comparison anyway, and it sure would be nice to get it done.

I have been trying to find out the difference between the two. I have read tons of information on the original fat smash diet and will be starting next Monday (have lots going on right now). But, I would like to know about the Extreme Fat Smash Diet. I can't really find any information on this. Thanks to anyone who can tell me the difference between the two.

Default EFS Vs. Fat Smash

The Extreme Fat Smash Diet is a three cycle program, that gives you very specific menus to follow during each cycle, as well as specific exercise for each cycle. I think in order to do the Extreme Fat Smash diet you really need the book, but in order to do the Fat Smash Diet you really just need to know the allowed foods for each stage and stick to only those foods allowed. I am going to start the Extreme Fat Smash tomorrow but I think the diets are very similar both requiring alot of exercise and healthy eating with lots of fiber and fresh veggies.

Also, the EFS is supposedly for people who have a small amount of weight to lose (10-25lbs) in a short period of time and the original FS is for people with more weight to lose.

Also, some of the chapters of the original fat smash book are here:

Google Book Preview

I hope posting that link is alright. I apologize if it is not. I looked through the guides for posting links, and these don't seem to be inappropriate, plus the book isn't available in her area, so I thought i could help....
