I have been tempted to join, but it is a challenging decision since I can't find ANYONE who has a membership. I know there is a 10-day trial, but since you have to call to cancel, I am cautious about providing my card info.

Do you belong? Is it worth the membership charge?

I joined and did the 10 day trial and canceled. There was really no activity on the message board yet I did ask a ? and one of there experts answered. But all in all I didn't like the food choices there was really weird foods and it was hard to do changes on it. I just wasn't really impressed. But it was easy to cancel I called and they did it with no problem.

I asked a similiar question a few weeks ago. Most people who replied told me it was a waste of money because you can get the same information and better support from the people here, and this is free. I think it's around $250 or something and I don't think that it's an appropriate price. I think it's a little outrageous. I have found this website and forums and free diet blog to be just what I needed and I rather get advice from fellow fat smashers that know first hand what I am going through rather than some expert who may or may not have ever been on the diet.
