I don't cook unless it's a holiday, in which case I really enjoy preparing complicated, decadent meals. My husband says that a one-page recipe is too simple for me... :-)
That said, the other 360 days of the year, I eat mostly cold meals or easily prepared stuff. Frozen rice and steamed, ready-to-eat lentils from Trader Joe's are my friend. Grabbing a piece of fruit or scrambling an egg hardly count as "cooking".
If you are doing the Extreme Fat Smash diet, the "meals" require almost no preparation. Examples:
Cycle 1, Day 2:
B'fast: 6oz of low-fat yogurt & 1 piece of fruit
Meal #2: small salad with dressing & 1 cup of juice
Meal #3: 4oz of fish, chicken, turkey, lean sirloin & 1/2 cup of beans/lentils
Meal #4: 1 cup rice & 2 servings of veggies
+two snacks
I prepared my meals for the day today in <10 mins.
