Default all u can eat !!!!


Oh My Goodness i have to come here and confess my weekend so i can start clean.
I was very bad yesterday I did work out this weekend however on sunday me , my little one and her daddy went out to all you can eat champaign brunch and i ate and ate then to top it off we had pizza and beer for dinner
I feel so yucky today. Ididnt dare get on the scale this morning! i was walking my daughter down to daycare and i could feel my legs rubbing together !!!!!!!
tonight im making a big pot of veggie soup and its strict phase one for me!!!!
thanks for letting me vent hope i didnt go on too long

If nothing else you've learned what a difference you feel when you are eating healthy and working out - compared to when you slip.

Don't worry about it too much. We all get off track sometimes. Just look at how much you have lost already and how much closer you are getting to your goal!

It's ok. I had a down weekend too. As long as we confessing...I had Pizza for dinner last night too and then Chinese take out for lunch today.
I don't know what's wrong with me lately. It is that "time" for me so I am blaming this one on hormones!

You guys aren't the only ones!! I'm in such a strict regime during the week with food and the gym. I still go to the gym on the weekend but I completely fall of the food wagon on Sat afternoon. My husband and I compete every year with the NCAA championship bracket and it fell apart when he broke out the chips, salsa and snack food. Granted the salsa was fresh and homemade but STILL the chips killed me. I couldn't believe how awful I felt after eating the chips. I didn't eat that many but still, my body was telling me "that's not phase 1 food!!"
Today was all about the fruit and my favorite sugar snap peas for snack!!
I've got to find a way to not fall off the wagon on the weekend, anyone have any suggestions?

We're all human beings. It's OK to slip up. I know I've screwed up way too much, but I learn from it. Sure, pizza is delicious, but after I eat it, I feel like a failure (not to mention bloated). I just have to remind myself that a day or two of hard work can be destroyed by a binge of junk food. As long as you stay motivated, you will succeed.
