You guys aren't the only ones!!

I'm in such a strict regime during the week with food and the gym. I still go to the gym on the weekend but I completely fall of the food wagon on Sat afternoon. My husband and I compete every year with the NCAA championship bracket and it fell apart when he broke out the chips, salsa and snack food. Granted the salsa was fresh and homemade but STILL the chips killed me.

I couldn't believe how awful I felt after eating the chips. I didn't eat that many but still, my body was telling me "that's not phase 1 food!!"
Today was all about the fruit and my favorite sugar snap peas for snack!!
I've got to find a way to not fall off the wagon on the weekend, anyone have any suggestions?
