Just wanted to say I am in your same boat. I'm going on a cruise to the Bahamas in a little less than 2 weeks. I've been on the fat smash diet for a month and I have lost 14 pounds so far. I am so hoping I will stay strong during the cruise. My plan is to stick with what I am doing now, but I will allow myself a little wiggle room. I also plan on continuing my daily work outs and walk walk walk while I am there. I don't think I will restart phase 2 or phase 1, but might extend an extra week if I do bad on the cruise.
