Hello everyone,
day 2 of the snow days.
I woke up in a pretty bad mood so I did one of my aerobics tapes and was feeling a bit better. I snuck a peek at the scale last night which I shouldn't have because it always makes me either really happy or really sad and I was try so hard not to look. Well it wasn't looking the way I wanted it to. I'm still goign to wait until the 9 days is over for an offical WI.
so today I am tryign to stay away from the candy as well as the general munchies!!!
b- oatmeal, banana, splenda
s - orange
l- curried veggies and tofu, side salad
s - apple and yogurt
d - tofu chili, 1 c brown rice
Ladean, thanks for the encouragment, that would be so hard taking care of some one else all the time. do you find time to take care of your self?
