Default Newbie Question

I am new to this site and have found it very helpful in getting me through Phase I. I have two questions for you...

1) I lost 4 pounds in Phase I is this average?

2) Is tofo allowed in Phase II?

Thanks!

Tofu is allowed and weight loss is dependent upon a variety of factors. How much water you drink, excersize, calories eaten and burned, even though fruits and veggies are unlimited, they do have calories. I find, that this diet like all, needed to be tweaked for individual needs.

Hi Ajansko!

Great job losing 4 lbs on phase 1. I lost 6. It varies for each person. My husband lost 11!!! But, men do tend to lose faster than women because they have more lean muscle than we do. Darn it! lol. Angihas2 gave you an excellent answer. I, too found that I needed to tweak the plan to fit my personal needs.

I love tofu. It is allowed in every phase of FS. I use it in stir-fries and many other dishes.

Good luck to you!

Sherry

Ajanesko,
Congrats on the 4lb loss, it does vary on what and how much you eat, how much exercise, and water consumption, like Sherry and Angi said. I also individualize my plan. When I start to get full I stop eating. I don't let myself get stuffed.

Tofu is always allowed, it is also a good source of protein.

Good LUCK!
