I lost some!
FINALLY!!!
I broke my plateau! I have been STUCK between 227 and 230 for a MONTH. ARGHHHHH I've been faithful to following a nutritious diet, to excersize etc, NOTHING had changed, but I was stuck. I am now officially at 224, for 2 days in a row!!! I know its still a HUGE number, but when I consider I was 286 when Hayden AND Alannah was born and 269 when I moved to KY last april, I am just SO stoked!!! I have a bday goal to be at or under 199 by my bday, April 1st, 2007. It's also the date I plan to quit smoking, I know once I see those ONEderful numbers, there's no way in **** I'll snack myself fat again.
*singing, IM SO EXCITED AND I JUST CANT HIDE IT!!!
And, I haven't technically "started" Fat Smash, I'm weaning myself from coffee first. Haven't had any yet today, and instead am having a cup of chai black tea! So, I plan to "officially" start, Monday after SuperBowl.
