Sorry I am a day behind This is where you can vent all your frustrations or successes, questions etc for the week.

My weekend didn't go so well - I went to Pf Changs and ate everything in sight. I guess I was celebrating that 4 lb loss last week by gaining it all back? I went over my daily calories by about a 1000 - YIKES!

My week is going well. I took yesterday off from exercising and was lost. I laid on the couch and all I wanted to do was eat. I will not do that again - it made me realize how much I enjoy exercising and how much I enjoy eating more now that I am exercising

I am back on track and am detoxing until Fri. I hope everyone has a great week. Lem

My fiancee and I have made the decision to move our family from SE KY, back down to Alabama. I'm from northern Alabama, he's from London, KY and West Los Angeles, we moved out here from LA, but the loss of the ocean is killing us! We both miss it. My kids need to be around my side of the family, his is just ODD! SO, I've been madly researching Orange Beach, AL, and I'm enthralled, considering its a gorgeous beach community, rent is CHEAP! So, It's kept me glued to the computer most of yesterday, making out budgets, looking at things online etc etc. I did however, do my "Pilates For Dummies" DVD last night, late, but better than not at all. So far today, my diet, while not the official "Fat Smash" plan, is fine, until I go to the grocery store. I find it's REALLY hard to not just eat at my computer, all of my career experince has involved beaing at my computer, 85% of the time, it's an ingrained habit to just eat here, so I'm forcing myself to sit at the table, in a chair, with a meal and just enjoy the act of eating, instead of blindly shoving it all into my face until it's gone. Amazingly, I didn't finish the meal. I suppose I was actually focused on the enjoyment of the taste, and how full I felt, that I stopped myself. Which is a huge milestone for me. YAY me!

Have a good week, all!

I live in Northeastern Mississippi, Angihas!

I haven't really been following the Fat Smash either. I'm not eating or drinking sugar-full stuff and I hardly eat any bread...maybe a little every now and then...and so far so good. I really like this forum so if everyone doesn't mind, I will just keep posting here.

My weight day is tomorrow and I'm excited...I hope I've lost something. I won't be surprised if I haven't though. I didn't exercise yesterday and I believe that plays a BIG part in my weightloss.

Okay Smashers... I'm BACK!!! And with lots of determination. I guess I got burned out. The weeks that I took off really helped me put my goals into perspective again.

I am going to start the diet in the morning. I have made menus out for the week. I will weigh in tomorrow morning and start from there. I am sure that I gained. BUT.. I know how to lose it.

So.. I will talk to you all tomorrow!

Good Morning Smashers!

It feels good to be back on Fat Smash!! I cooked some food up yesterday. I made a big pot of veggie soup and cooked a pot of beans. I froze the majority of it and kept some out for the week. That has been my problem since DH started working during the week. I haven't wanted to cook. And I have trouble sticking to FS if I don't cook. SO.. after some time off, I am now ready to lose this weight!!!

I readjusted my goal. I felt overwhelmed when I saw that I had 62 more lbs to lose. So, I made my first goal 180. That is attainable in a few months. I want to lose it by July 21. That is our (dh and I) 2 year anniversary.

Angihas~ I live in Liberty, KY. We absolutely love it here. We moved here from Chattanooga, TN in July of last year. We spent a few months in Tuscaloosa, AL last year. Dh was doing a shut down there. I liked it... but Kentucky feels more like home to me. I am originally from SE Texas. I don't miss the humidity and sweltering heat. lol. I have stopped eating at my computer, too. The food was gone before I even realized it. I ate it so fast that I "thought" I was still hungry... so I would always go back for seconds.

Shauna and Lem~ Hey Girls! How have you been doing? Lem, you are so close to your goal!! You have been doing so good! Shauna~ You are more than welcome to keep posting here! The more the merrier. lol. What plan are you following?

Have a great day!!!
