P1: grilled veggies
4 med. tomatoes, quartered
4 yellow squash, sliced
1 med. onion, sliced
1 tsp. basil or cajan seasoning
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
cajan seasoning to tast and sprinkled on balsamic vinegar on last 5min
Place vegetables on a large piece of heavy duty foil; sprinkle with basil, salt and pepper; dot with butter buds. Fold foil edges over and wrap securely; place on grill. Cook over medium coals 20-25 minutes, turning after 10 minutes.
