Default Phase One Salsa Scrambled Eggs

If you are starving and don't want to spend alot of time preparing your next meal....just put 3/4 cup of egg white into a skillet and start to scramble them. That equals 4 whites that the FSD says we should eat once a day. Once the eggs are almost scrambled to perfection, pour some salsa over it to let it heat up. Yesterday, I poured the salsa in the eggs too early and it was kind of soupy. Other than that, this is a great recipe for one of those "I need food and flavor now" moments.
