hehe. The peppahmint challenge. I like it. Hey loosinbabyfat, we're the same weight now! It'll be fun to see what we get down to. Even if not 20, lets shoot for it.

Sounds Good, Last night we had our Aglow board meeting at our house, and for snacks and finger food I had cut up veggies and low fat dip. Yum I miss the cookies but I kept thinking 20 lbs, 20 lbs, as I ate carrots sticks.
Well it finally cooled down today, and we had some much needed rain last night. I hope fall is coming. :jig,.
Today is a run around day, We, my dughter and I, will take water and maybe the rest of the veggies so we don't have to stop to eat. Out the door.

Hay, how is everyone doing? This weekend was busy, and so is this week, I am getting ready for our Aglow meeting, and this is my month to bring cookies or something similar. Ijust make 1/2 batches and hope I don't bring any home. but they are made with diabetic receipes so they are'n so bad.
Our church just moved into their new building and this Sunday we are having our dedication service. God is so good, we were able to buy a state of the art building that had been built as an international headquarters for a fortune 500 company. When they were bought , the headquarters we moved and the 50+ acre campus sat empty for several years. We were able to buy it for a fraction of the worth and moved into it last month. gpod has blessed us in ways we can't even imange. This will be a big weekend for us.
One pound down and 18 to go, This week is starting out good with my life plan (sounds better than diet) I hope every one is well.

if I offered you a millionare dollars to lose the weight and adopt and healthy lifestyle
healthyfoods, and exercise would you take me up on it?.............well I can't offer you a million dollars ( but I wish I could ) but I can tell you something you can have a body that makes you feel like a million bucks inside and out. Great figure, good health and you are the only one that can give it you. You are so worth it, would you but water in your cars gas tank. if the answer is no then stop putting junk in your body treat yourself like the princess or queen that you are. Let that beautiful spirit that you have on the inside flow outward. Don't allow you to stop you from being who you really are. Now lets get off our backside and exercise, eat properly and stick with the plan. I know you can come on forget about what you have done wrong today its not to late to do something right. Come on everyone you are going to feel so good when you reach your goal. you are so worth this now lets do it

Hey all!

So I am having a really really hard time getting back to the exercise. I used to love it! But ever since this second round with cancer, and now that I am healthy (man, it scares me to say that cuz I don't want to jinx it) I am just too scared (or something) to push myself. I had a dizzy spell the last ime I was at the gym (2 weeks ago) and ever since then I have not done any exercise. Its almost like I just don't feel "ready" even though my doctors have given me the go ahead. I know it will benifit me, and i was doing really well here in the Fall ( walking 45mins everyday and doing weights...). I am thinking of just doing the healthy eating part until the new year, then get back to the exercise in January- I have a membership that is on hold- but then I feel guilty for not exerciseing...ughhhhhh!!!
Anyway thanks for listening (reading??) I just needed to vent a bit...
