Busy weekend, - sounds like for all of us! Had to work on Saturday, lots of brush fires, we need rain really bad, it's been almost two weeks without a drop! SONday went to church with my neice, her 8mo daughter (my g-neice) was dedicated, beautiful service just too long, didn't get home until after 1:00. Did talk my DD into one lap around the park with me during the afternoon, then dinner and watched Xtreme Home Makeover and Housewives. Back to work today. . .

MrsSmiley - Did you get material for your DD's prom dress? I agree about the gas prices being way too high, although I have noticed about .18 decrease in the last week, hope it continues! I'll also look for the Mrs. Dash marinade, sounds yummy, especially out on the grill!

Did check out the DASH website, looks like some good info. have printed it and will also take a copy to my mom, she has hypertension and diabetes as well.
EZ - loved the wedding pics. Has your company all gone? It's great to have family/friends over but it's also nice when things return to 'normal'.

Hello Margie B.! Chris and I DID make up, but only after FIGHTING all weekend! We're okay now, we had a nice evening Sunday night, after we watched Anchorman he went to his house to play with his daughter until she went to bed. Afterwards, we drove around downtown and talked. Mostly just listened to the radio, though. Our relationship has been very strained lately. Frankly, he's been driving me loco! But you know, it will be okay in time.
Oh, I just figured out how to post a picture of myself so I'll test 'er out!

I still have to go to Westroads mall and return that skirt to Aeropostale today! Well, it closes at 9 p.m., I believe. It's a messed-up skirt because the zipper broke! I never even got to wear it. Oh well. I need to hurry up to return it, though. Darnit. I just haven't felt the motivation to get up and do it, yet.

Hi Rachel, You can just google what you are looking for and you can find all kinds of graphics or animations to snag... but I must tell you that they frown on direct links at Simply Snagables... what they prefer you to do is save the snag into a file onto your hard drive and then use Photobucket to post them, okay. Do it this way out of courtesy for them and all the freebies they give us *Happy Shopping*

I know this has NOTHING to do with weight loss, but I just got my tickets for the 12:01am showing of Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith!!! These are like pulling teeth to get, and I managed to get four of them! I get to go with my friend Chris, my sister, and my dad. I'm so excited!

As far as the too much partying...well, you must've talked to Angie! she accused me of that too!!!!!!!!! But hey...in my defense..it WAS my neice's wedding...AND...I thought I was just being POLITE when I invited 15 of my best buddies and family members over that night to watch the pay per view Ultimate Fighting Championships...I KNOW alot of beer was "missing"... I have NO IDEA what happened to it......at least I don't REMEMBER!!
I am so tired! I should be a little lighter now 'cause I worked my butt off today. When I went to the office this morning, I found out that one of our nurses had left a note for the boss and quit cold turkey with NO notice! Man, oh, man!!! Well, I was already filling in for a nurse that got fired last week and was suppose to work M-W-F. Well, that got added to those days and I'm working tomorrow. I have mixed emotions about it. I need the work but I worked hard today and drove 160 miles seeing patients. I will have to get up early again and be an hour away by 7am. So, I may not have a chance to post in the AM.
Yes, we did get the fabric for Kelli's prom dress. She picked out polyester satin in black with a hotpink organza for the trim and wrap. Hobby Lobby had the material on sale plus the McCall's pattern was on sale for $1.99. Which is cheap! The lady that is going to make it cut it out Saturday night and has already started on it.
Well, I must leave you now and eat. I was posting while it was finishing cooking. We are having a very simple meal: shrimp, grilled zucchini and cauliflower. Nothing fancy.
Everything getting back to normal here...those that live here went to work today and the family from out of state either headed home or to Disneyland. My brother in law's mom and aunt are still here with me for another couple of nights, the other's that were here headed out....starting to smell a little 'fishy" around here
