Hi everyone!

I'm just sharing one of my constant reminders. I don't know about you, but after a binge episode I tend to feel extremely guilty for wasting all the food I ate and for not being grateful.

I pray that we can have strength to reach our goals and be grateful for the abundance of food available to us.

I have to remember to put God in the process. I'm with you, when I over do it I really do feel guilty. I think this time I am going to be successful because I have learned I need to put God first

I am a returning because I gained all the weight I had lost 10 years ago--and more! It is nice to find a Christian group to chat with and get encouragement. Thanks for being there. I will check back soon.
