Let us pray for you concerning that as well. GOD knows that "it isn't good for man/woman to dwell alone" (Genesis 2:18) -- He has compassion for this issue. So we will pray for you about this ... :hug:

hi everyone, could you please pray for my mom's coworker Dane. He's about 70 and in great shape and the caregiver for his very very overweight and elderly sister who can't get around easily or even prepare her owwn meals. Well, he is in the hospital and he has such a bad infection in his bloodstream that he may die. Also, there's a chance if he lives he may lose a leg. They are doing everything they can to try not to amputate. Badly in need of prayers for him of course, and also because his older sister depends on him so greatly.

Real quick here ladies :)

First of all I have been checking in daily and praying for all requests...

I am a little weak right now but doing fairly well considering I have lost 25 pounds in less than 2 months....and not in a good way :(

That being said, I have 4 doctors involved right now with my situation trying to figure the best way to go about it...

have had a CT scan, an MRI, getting a biopsy this afternoon and have a scope to be done in my tummy area on Monday.

Obviously things are not good but also may not be all that bad once things come together.

One thing I do know is I have a ton of family support!!!! And doctors that are pro-active.

One reason I have not posted here much on my situation is that I don't want to get it out there on FB yet...at least until we know what exactly the problem is.

So that is me...and God is sooo good! I am so blessed!

Now GOOD NEWS :carrot: My little niece SKYLEIGH has a condition that will take her just a bit longer to be able to see normally...all parts are connected and working fine. At 6 months she should be in pretty good shape with her eyesight :)

Oh, speaking of infections, I forgot to mention that DANIS TOUTTIT has an infection in the stent/valve area for the kidney dialysis (in her abdomen). She is receiving antibiotics to clear this up. Prayers are appreciated for her about this ... thanks!

The biopsy procedure went well. Doc said he got a good shot on it. Prior to the procedure he did say that the mass is not "usual" but that could be a good thing.

Procedure took 1.5 hours and then they had me in recovery for 2 hours but I felt fine the entire time...

thanks be to God for drugs...lol

The referral for my scope did not make it to that doctor in time so it will be delayed.
