I am doing WD and just got back on track with it.
I gained a lot from the program and have keep 25 lbs off for 10 years.
I was a group leader for 3 years and went to 3 of Gwen yearly meetings.
I feel so good again eating regular food, waiting for hunger and stopping when comfortable. I lost 5 lbs my first week back and just feel so at peace with it.
Gwen is right, with this program we are not making the food behave, taking out calories adding sugars or whatever to make it Diet, but we are learning to make ourselves behave and enjoy the food we eat.
Hope we can keep something going, I need the support and am a great encourager
