You just included another great reason to get our body's in shape. We Christians represent the glory of God. How we think, talk and act all represent what God wants us to be. We aren't to hide our light under a bushel nor are we to hide it under mounds of fat. How we look also represents how God wants us to be. God meant for each and every one of us to be in shape, to be at a healthy weight. When we don't care for our selfs we are not caring for a very precious thing our Lord gave us.

I am sorry you didn't get the results you want. Will keep you in my prayers. I am a testament of our Lords great power in the healing of prayer.

Oh don't you just hate when vacation is over. Doesn't matter if it is for a month or just a few days it is never long enough. Today is back to reality and getting things done. I am done for the day except for laundry and the right knee keeps telling the left knee ( you knew I was nuts right lol and hear my body parts talk to each other ) " We really don't want to go up and down those stairs do we?" I had everything done last night that needed to be done except that laundry. I have everything done today that needs to be done except that laundry.......

I had to be by the docs office today so I did my weigh in today instead of tomorrow. Well, I knew the amount put back on was going to be bad and it was lol. 18 pounds. That's ok, I am off the meads for the time being and I can get this weight off. If I could do it once I can sure do it again. The good Lord is right there beside me yelling PUT DOWN THAT CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE.
  • to you BARGOO ~ You are in our prayers: and may the Lord grant you His peace; plus lend His wisdom to your doctors so that they can help you be well again as soon as possible ...

Nice to have you back. That's me, the glass is always half full, worry early to avoid the rush and lol don't let things get you down that you have no control over. Now if I could just get myself to not worry so much about things I do have control over until I have to worry I would be ok lol.
  • Hi Countingdown
Thank you so much for your prayers, I am seeing the dr. in a few weeks
to go over my test results. I do not know what they are at the present
time. I am praying that they are good. I have been praying so hard for
Bargoo. I will let you know as soon as I find out. Everyone have a blessed
day. God always keeps us in his care.
  • Good Morning Everyone
It appears that we have members and friends of members who need our prayers. Please remember to keep them in your thoughts over the weekend.

My WW weighin was just great.....I lost 3 lbs this week.

I had a physical last week and my Dr called yesterday to say my thyroid level was so low she did not know how I managed to stay awake or lose weight....I sure hope upping my Synthroid will help with both.... I just thought I was burning the candle at both ends.....

My 2-3 yr old Sunday School class is coming along great....I love those little boys and all the mischief they can get into. I have managed not to use my duct tape and have found they love stickers and playdoh. Of course, my lessons are short because their attention span is short, but we have a good time.

    Have a safe weekend everyone.
