Christian Encouragers ~ March
CHRISTIAN ENCOURAGERS ~ MARCH
-------------------------------------------------------------------------- You've found a great place to come and vent, share or ask for prayer support. This is a great group who will be very encouraging, caring and loving....anyone is welcome to join! A Servent's Prayer Jesus, My Jesus....How marveleous your ways.... Far more splendid than my mind can envision. What an honor to be chosen by you. A lowly child I am, but empowered by the Holy Spirit to fulfill the great hope to which you have called me. I give myself totally to you, Lord. Take my imperfect heart and make it perfect. Peel away the hardness. Close the doors I have opened to the temptations of this world. Gently remove the roots of painful memories, sins, doubts and fears. Discard anything that separates me from you. Lord, fill the emptiness with the light of your love that I might be a beacon calling the lost back to you. To love as you love..... To serve as you serve..... To forgive as you forgive..... Always mindful of my nothingness while doing great and marvelous things in your name and for your glory. This I pray, Jesus, in YOUR name. Amen |
GOOD MORNING GALS ~ :coffee:
Just hanging around the house this morning to do chores and get ready for our full house tonight. We are having about 16, mostly young adults, over for the Ultimate Fighting Championship. Our Vicar from church is a big fan so we are having him over too. Pastor will see us racing out of Saturday night service ;) Angie has to play bells tonight and I am handing out commitment envelopes, with my ex-wife, to our members for the new building. Tomorrow we have a big celebration after service for the kick-off. Angie and I went out for Mexican food last night for  Date Night . With my "journey of better choices" I had been splitting my meals, from the Mexican restaraunts we go to, then having left-overs for lunch ~ plus I had been going easy on the chips for the most part.....:( NOT last night :mad: I got a little :snooty: about losing 2 pounds while I was out of town....guess what?................THEY'RE BAAAAACK! ~ I knew better! ;) |
Gary: So good to see you back. I've missed you. A big HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU.:bday2you::bday2::celebrate::hb::woo::gift: I'm glad you have work for the winter. Up here we are so short of construction workers that houses are taking twice as long to be built than they used to.
eltigre: Good job on the weight loss.:carrot::carrot: You must really be noticing the difference in your clothes. I'm still on track with my eating. I'm actually looking forward to Wednesday for my weigh in!! Today we are planning a Costco run and I'll see what I can find there to have for dinner. I plan on making a big pot of hamburger soup so that the others have something to eat if they get sick of my fish and chicken. Last week I took some basa fillets and spread a mixture of low fat mayonaise and dill with lemon on it. Delicious!! Definitely going to do that again. Have a great day! |
Hi everyone. This looks like a good forum. Im Barb from West Virginia. I am seeking fellowship with other Christians and support for my weight loss efforts. I am a overweight housewife, married 37 years, 3 children and one cat. I have tried many diets, but always go back to Weight Watchers. I hope to make some friends and get some support here...barb
|
Barb, you reminded me of ME! Been married almost 35 years, 2 kids, 3 beautiful grandchildren, no animals, live in Arkansas. I too have tried other diets, but I always go back to Weight Watchers, which I am doing now.
I have battled so many addictions in my life, among them drink, pills, smoking.....only through God's grace can I say that celebrating almost 14 years no drink or pills, and over 2 years no cigarettes. Now I am trying to battle food. (251/228/150) In September, 2007, my best friend was diagnosed with invasive breast cancer. After having her breast removed, all the horrible sickness from the treatment, losing her oldest brother to cancer in February, she and I have decided we can't go on being as large and miserable as we are. I started walking in January, and can now walk 2 miles a day after work. Soon as she gets over the effect of her last treatment, I hope she can start walking each day, even if small amounts. I know how much better I feel from it. My prayer is that the good Lord will help me and Glenda get to where we need to be in size, so that we can have a quality life and that we'll never forget who to give the praise. He has got us through so much, and I know He can do this, if we will cooperate. And, more than that, I pray that the cancer will not return, and that I will have my best friend who is closer than a sister around for years to come. We are still youngsters, only 54 and 53!!!:) |
Good Afternoon!! Sure hope everyone is having a Wonderful weekend! I lost just a pound this week but I'll take it!!

I'm so looking forward to getting moved and be able to spend time with family again! Well, just took a quick break to say Hello to everyone. Will try to get back later. Take care! |
Karen - good luck on the showing! Congrats on the loss this week :)
Linda - You have overcome so much - you can do the same with food! What a blessing for your friend to have you to lean on and encourage her :) Barb - :welcome: This is a GREAT group of folk who are very supportive. I look forward to getting to know you better :) Wilma - I just smile when I read your posts - you are definitely back on track. I'm betting that scale cooperates this week :) eltigre - you are doing wonderfully! WAY TO GO! Here's to another successful month ahead! Gary http://smilies.sofrayt.com/fsc/happy birthday2.gif Bet Angie is glad you are home! Enjoy getting back into a normal routine - at least for a couple days! Sorry you went overboard on date night. But, you will have those 2 lbs. gone in no time :) Busy day here. Doing the media presentations for tomorrow's services. Trying to get some cleaning done. Prayers requested for my step-father. He as asthma and emphysema and he is currently in the hospital with pneumonia. :( Mom is quite worried and pretty much living at the hospital. I hope you all have a wonderful weekend! Blessings and prayers continuing... |
 HELLO EVERYONE ~ we had another beautiful day; spent most of the afternoon trying to get some pics of my backyard friends. Got some of our squirrel or chipmunk, chickadees, and Whiskey Jacks (grey jays) taking some bread. Did a lot of walking this week, so paid for it a bit with sore legs; so I'm just taking it easy this weekend.
:welcome3: BARB ~ lots of nice people and good support here too! :wel3fc: LINDA ~ congatulations on your many victories thus far; losing weight should be nothing for you comparitively ... LOL!;) KAREN ~ hope your showings turn into sales; will pray until it sells!!! Glad you popped in to let us know how you are! COUNTING ~ prayers already on their way for your step-father and your mother for comfort during this time. :congrat: to everyone for your successes; so very happy for you all! HOPE you all have a great weekend ~ your fellow encourager :hug:ROSEBUD:hug: ^PRAYERS^are heaven-bound .... |
Still no news from my mom. She is pretty much living at the hospital. I'm assuming no news is positive at this point. They are both strong Christians, so they know that we are praying for them!
I hope you all had a wonderful weekend! Our Lenten study group went well tonight. And I am really enjoying the "Faithfully Fit" program that I am doing. It is a good reminder to put my eating (as well as everything else) in God's hands. To pray before I eat ANYTHING - not just "meals" and to honor God with my actions relating to food as well as everything else. Blessings to all - and prayers continuing :) |
Just wanted to stop in and say hello. Thing are finally back to normal. I am home and everything is clean and shinny around here. I told everyone, don't call me, I will call you. I need a few days to myself lol.
|
Shy, glad you are back safe and sound! And another 2 lb. loss for you too! Please send some of that cleaning mojo my way. I can't seem to get much cleaning done at all. I did finally mop the floors and run the Roomba, but it was a drop in the bucket I am afraid.
I hope everyone is well! SF is still in the hospital, so prayers are appreciated! Blessings! Laurie |

Prayers are heading up right now :). I really have to keep up on things. I have things I do each day of the week and if I am not going to be home that day I have to do it the day before. I was even like this when I worked 12 hours a day. Things spaz me out if they aren't done. |
Hi, I'm DeOndra, 23, college senior Psychology CRJS major. Have always been a spirtual person with strong beliefs in God, took eyes of Him and became distraught with life. Trying to restore my faith and appreciation for life and my many blessing while working on my ultimate goal that I often tried to ignore (like it would go away). I'm starting to feel better (but I do have down days) I am happy to join this forum:) I really need spiritual encouragement. Sometimes i feel stressed, and overwhelmed with my journey to lose weight and keeping consistant.

Welcome, there is always room for one more at God's table. Most of us through life have taken our eyes off the path that God has set out for us at one time or another. We tend to find things in life don't go well when we don't follow Gods plan. Life seems to be full of stress and strife. While a Christian life isn't always full of the worldly things many people enjoy. It is full of a spirit that guides us and gives us comfort in our times of need. |

DeOndra - :welcome2: We hope you will come post often and let us get to know you! This is a great group of Christian folk - very supportive and fun :)
Sue - we got the nasty ice yesterday. No school again. It has been a rough winter! Glad you got to see your niece :) Doing fine here - SF is still in the hospital. I finally got an email from Mom, and she thinks he is doing a bit better - Prayers are working :D Work is still crazy busy. I will be thrilled to go to Chicago next week. Just the train ride will be a chance to rest a bit - let alone getting away from my phone :) I hope you are all well! Blessings and prayers continuing ... |
HELLO EVERYONE ~ We had a bit of snow yesterday with just a small amount of that ice (thankfully); but today was just wonderful with full sunshine all day (just a tad colder though). We had more fine feathered friends come to visit today too, maybe the sun brought them all out. We went to town early this week as we had to pick up an order, so we did some errands while we were there too.
:welcome3: DeOndra ~ so dear, what do you want to be when you grow up??? ;)LOL!!!;) I peeked at your profile: and you are on many paths; just trying to find the right one, I'm sure! I was the same when I was your age. But I found that you will indeed walk down many roads in this journey called life. Things aren't like in days gone by. One degree; one job; one career. No, it's many of all ... We are all trying to find our way with our weight too, but the group here are all nice and very supportive; come back and post a lot. PS: hope you don't mind my sense of humor!!!:D HI SUE ~ glad things are on the upswing for you again. We all just have to keep on, keepin' on; the long term is what's important, I'm sure. COUNTING ~ prayers still going up for your SF for wellness, and your mom for comfort as well; glad to hear he's a bit better. Hope you and DH have a great trip to CHICAGO next week. SHY ~ I'm very organized too; I like everything to have it's own home so I can find it later, and I prefer to get things done early in the day (if I can) so that I can go for a walk, and come on here in the afternoon or evenings. We are having a much milder winter than we have seen in many years; and that's not a complaint: I'm thrilled with it. We have lots of snow, so that means all the wells, rivers, and lakes will be OK this spring too. Spent the morning doing books and bills, so we had a full day. Take good care, your fellow encourager :hug:ROSEBUD:hug:^PRAYERS^ ever flowing upwards for you and yours ... |
Hi everyone
Hi - My name is Kim - I am 34 years old. My goal is to lose 20 lbs, but I have broken it down into several small goals. I have to say, I stubbled across this message board, and am so glad I did. I look to God in every aspect of my life but it has never occurred to me that I should look to Him for help with my motivation for my weight loss! Then I started reading some of the posts you all have written, and wow its an eye opener. I had already started today as a new day in my new journey to weight loss and a healthier life, but now I can say I am going to look upward & not just inward. I need motivation and accountability to keep me going, so I will be here alot :)
My first goal is to lose 3 lbs in by March 14 (Fri) |
Hi there!
Counting- Thanks! Prayers continue for SF and your mom, glad to hear he is doing better, try to relax a little and have agood trip.
Rosebud- Just fiished doing bills, never fun I must say... glad to hear your winter has been milder, the best I can say is another month or so ours will be milder too! :D Welcome Kim, glad you decided to join us, keep posting and let us know how your doing! I am doing well, trying to exercise ofter, and watch what I eat. prayers for everyone else, that all is well! |
Thanks all for your prayers. It is so inspiring to have such faithful folk praying!
Kim - :WELCOME: I have found that turning to God for my eating is the only thing that has helped. I did Weigh Down 10 years ago and it really taught me to stop using food as an "idol" or as my comforter and best friend. Nothing should supplant our Lord in that role. I am working through "Faithfully Fit" through Lent. It is an excellent workbook which reminds me of the things that I already know. But those reminders are so helpful! OH, gotta share my coolest NSV so far on my journey!!! Yesterday, I was doing some training for secretary at our alternative high school. I hadn't seen her in a few months, and she commented on my weight loss and asked how I had done it. I gave the usual "calorie counting and exercise" response. She then asked - no - tell me WHAT you are doing - exactly. So I elaborated more on my plan - how my day goes. Get up, devotions, exercise, breakfast - yadda yadda. I saw her again today and she told me that I was the main topic of conversation with her husband last night. She was so impressed that I "have my priorities" right. That I put my devotions/Bible reading first. That it really stuck with her as the probable reason that I am successful. She said that I was a great role model for our kids. I started to cry. WOW - it is amazing how we can touch other people's lives with our everyday actions. It is also a really good reminder to myself to change my pat answer to "prayer, calorie counting and exercise". Hope you all had a wonderful day too! Blessings & prayers continuing! Laurie |
Thanks
Thanks doitforme & CountingDown for the welcome. I'm looking forward to being here.
Yesterday was a good day - I ate good foods and kept away from the junk. A couple times I really wanted to grab what I didnt need, but I restrained and I'm so glad I did. |
You sound like a very supportive group!
Sue, your weight loss is inspirational! Congratulations!
I am 51 years old, happily married, with 7 children (yours, mine and ours) ranging from 15-39. Have 6 grandchildren. Have a golden retriever, 3 cats, lots of heifer calves, and many wild creatures that wander our countryside. I'm just finding my way around these message boards, and think that I may have found a home here on your thread. I'm glad to see how you inspire and are mindful of each other. Will check in again, and keep you all in my prayers. Friends in Christ. Bethz |

Wonderful to have you with us. Each of us understand how hard losing weight and getting in shape can be sometimes. We try to encourage and inspire each other. Hope to see you post often. Counting Sometimes just taking the time to remind someone how important putting God first in our lives is all a person needs to get them on the right track. WAY TO GO. doit HI Hi HI mama There is always room for one more. We all need each other. Please post often and let us know how things are going. Just Generally I get up and do part of what I need to do for the day. Eat an apple and do my first walking/aerobic video. Post a bit and do the rest of what I want to do for the day. Gives me the rest of the day to post and get the rest of my exercise done. When things don't go in the order I want them in really throws my whole day in a loop. Everyone knows this. If my husband walks into the den and I am posting or doing a work out he will just laugh and tell me to let him know when I am done. He doesn't want to mess with my routine. |
Bethz - :welcome2: Glad to have you join us! Some of our regulars are MIA right now, but they will probably pop in on the weekend. You are right - these are wonderful Christian folk with wonderful hearts and very sagely advice. They are powerful prayers too :)
Mama - :woohoo: Great day - great news! Just keep your eye on today. A whole lot of todays add up to phenomenal losses :) Thanks everyone for your prayers. Step-father came home from the hospital today. He is very weak and all the meds have affected his blood sugar. He is on insulin for the first time ever. Mom has her hands full trying to take care of him at home. But, overall - this is great news! God is so faithful and amazing!!!! Shy - you are right about having a routine. While I sometimes think it gets boring, it really does help me to get everything done. I had to work late tonight (parent-teacher conferences) and I am really bummed that I couldn't walk or dance. Oh, how times have changed. At least I got my pilates workout in this morning :) |
Counting
Isn't it funny. There was a time we never even let exercising cross our minds. Now, when we can't get to it when we want to we really miss it. |
 HELLO EVERYONE ~ been busy the last few days; getting ready for spring by doing some early spring cleaning (sorting cupboards and getting rid of stuff). We had beautiful sunshine the last two days; so lovely. The extra work is exhausting, but hope I'll get a good night sleep tonight.
SWEETIE is hanging tuff but she requires almost as much attention as a little toddler; but that is keeping me on my toes too. I'm calling her our super-duper amazing trouper these days. We cherish each and every day with her. TOM is doing well; he got through his second CHEMO THERAPY; only afterwards, he caught a stomach bug; but he is doing fine now. We are praying that GOD gives him the strength to get through all his sessions. I ran into them up town a week ago; and he looked quite chipper. Thanks again; we appreciate all your prayers. COUNTING ~ glad your step-dad is back home; sugars often go up when we are sick. They may come down later when he feels better. Prayers continue ... :welcome3: TO ALL THE NEWBIES ~ KIM, BETHZ, AND DE'ONDRA!!! We are always glad to have more people join our group; come back and post often. Well, it's time to hit the hay; have a good night all ~ your fellow encourager :hug:ROSEBUD:hug: ^PRAYERS^ continue for you and yours ... |

Glad to hear Tom is doing well. It is a rough time. Will keep him in my prayers. Great time to start spring cleaning on the nice days we get here. By the time the kids have spring break, at the end of this month. We will have everything done except windows. Still going to e to cold to take windows out and wash them lol. Glad you are having fun with your little friend. |
TOM'S wife published a thank you letter in our local paper, which I thought you might like to read ...
"THANK YOU ~ Tom and I would like to thank our wonderful prayer partners, whether they be family, friends, neighbours, even people who don't know us well, or at all. People of all ages who have come up to Tom giving hugs, handshakes, offers of prayers, best wishes, advice, those who have kept in contact by phone, provisions of food, supper invites, visits, offers for snow removal from laneways, roofs, and even behind my vehicle; so many acts of kindness one can't keep track, but we thank you from the bottom of our hearts. A special thank you to three friends for being Tom's second pair of hands. If we have missed someone, God sees you and we pray He blesses you all as richly as He has blessed us through the human element as well as the spiritual one. We thank God for the wonderful blessings of the community (we live in), and may we be as thoughtful and caring to others as you have and are being to us. In ALL things give thanks; firstly we do thank God: He is in control and still answers prayers, His Word tells us that and He has provided so many caring people to cross our paths. We do truly thank you. In God's Love ... T & P" |

 We woke up to another amazing view at dawn; a FULL Winter Rainbow and yes, I got several pictures of it (see below). I am posting one here, and I posted a different one in the Physically Challenged Thread: but here's the link to view that one too ~
http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/atta...5&d=1204931890 I can't believe all the strange phenomena that we are seeing out our kitchen window these days. DH says he hasn't seen anything like it before. Maybe this summer I'll be able to catch one of those double rainbows for you now that I have a camera. We are just having a fun day today; only did laundry and daily chores. Maybe I'll get some walking and/or dancing in tonight, since it's Friday. We were going to go out, but the winds were pretty cold today, so we decided to just stay home. Maybe we'll go out tomorrow as it's supposed to be nice all weekend. The south is expecting a big storm; DH's brother called and sounded quite concerned about it this am. Hope you all have a great Friday night and a blessedly restful weekend. Take good care, your fellow encourager :hug:ROSEBUD:hug:^PRAYERS^continually flow heaven's way for you and yours ... Attachment 28596 |
Rosebud - thanks for the update on TOM. What a beautiful letter! Thanks for sharing :) Thank you for posting the rainbow - how beautiful. God gave us rainbows as a reminder of his faithfulness. They always make my heart sing :D
To anyone in the storm's path, stay warm and safe. It looks like a nasty one! Prayers continuing for everyone ... |

How very lovely. When the kids were little they would get so excited to see a rainbow. Now they see them so often they don't even pay attention lol. I tell them, you should look, you should enjoy and you should thank God for the wonder. I can't make a rainbow and neither can you. What a wonderful letter. Let them know they are in our prayers. |

I am sorry you have had so much on your heart of late. It amazes me something the things people can do and they call them selfs Christians. Sometimes it is hard for us to understand. Really nice going on the exercise. |
eltigre - sorry for your losses as of late. I DO think that our emotions play a big role in the results on the scale. I can't prove it, but it is definitely the case for me. Thus, why exercise is so important. It really helps me with my mood - I feel better knowing that I have exercised - even if I am sad about things. So - great job with your ZWW!
Hope everyone else is having a great weekend! I'm off to get some cleaning done - Shy - you should be proud of me ;) I AM gonna get this house cleaned this weekend!!!! Blessings to all and prayers continuing :) |
Counting
I am coming over with the white glove lol. I agree, exercise really does elevate the mood. Even if only because we are proud of our selfs. We have done something we set out to do, we have done something that is good for us. |
Hi Gals ~ I got back home this afternoon for short week-end. I will head out at 3:30am Monday morning until next week-end. Glad to have work since so many don't right now...but hate being away from home!
I see some new members are here...WELCOME! I am just getting through the past posts and my prayers are with you all. I will try and catch up a little better tomorrow! Bless you all ~ Gary |
Happy Sunday, Everyone!
Had a lovely visit with my son and grandchildren this weekend. He is home for a couple weeks from his second deployment in Iraq. His wife and he are going through a divorce, so please keep them all in your prayers. Special prayers for the children! My son and his wife are both nice people that have had a hard time dealing with a variety of circumstances, being seperated 3 times by deployments, and during the births of their 2 children, being part of it. I have faith that all will work out for the best.
Although weekends and evenings are not my best times for great food choices or exercise, I did well for being out of town. I tried the soda and cake mix recipe for my son's BD cake using diet Coke and chocolate cake and it was really tasty. At weigh in on Friday, I maintained. I'm satisfied with that as I am PMS, and using all of my WW weekly flex points. I need to be more mindful of how I chose to use the points that I have. Planning for breakfast and lunch is always easy. It is what happens when I get home from work that concernse me. I need to be better disciplined in planning meals and snacks, especially SNACKS. Prayers to all who need them! Praise to all of you who are making wise decisions and seeing results! Will check in during the week. Friends in Christ, Bethz |
Hi. I see that this is the Christian Encouragers thread. I'm a Christian, and I sure need encouragement!! I critically need to lose weight. I should lose 100 pounds (233 to 133), but I'd be doing well to get to 150. I really have tried and tried. I've measured, I've written everything down, I've kept to a calorie limit. (I can't exercise at the moment due to physical problems.)
I always break my food program. I either get tired or just plain hungry or whatever, but I eat what I shouldn't when I shouldn't, even if it's something realitively healthy like cereal. I really want to lose weight. I'm so frustrated about not sticking to an eating plan. Help, please!! Thanks in advance. |
Shy - C'mon over girl, we can do WATP together on my beautifully clean carpets!
Gary, we miss you, but it IS great that you have so much work lined up right now. Bet Angie misses you though. Keep that eating in check when you are out of town. And beware of the green beer that is starting to appear everywhere this week ;) Speaking of which, we will be in Chicago next weekend. What a great place to celebrate :) Beth - we will keep your family in prayer! I can only imagine how hard it is for your son to be away from his family so much - especially with small children. His sacrifice is appreciated! Great job on maintaining while going out of town. It IS harder when we travel. I always look at maintenance during those times as a HUGE victory. In the old days, they would have been excuses to gain 5lbs. Fitchick - :welcome: You have found a great group of Christian folk here. They are very encouraging and supportive. I really don't think I could do this without them. It is harder to lose weight when you can't exercise. But, it can be done. And even small movements can add up. Chair exercises, etc. are great. I use Fitday to log everything. As a calorie counter, it is important for me to hold myself accountable for everything I put in my mouth. I am also working through the book "Faithfully Fit" Suzanne (3FC founder) recommended it a while back. It is a faith approach to changing our cycle of overeating and yo-yo dieting. It really is a good book. I think it was about $12 on Amazon. If you are continually breaking your food program, it probably isn't the right one for you. Eating every couple of hours has really helped me. Even if it is a low-fat string cheese, or wasa crackers with peanut butter, or a high-protein granola bar. I need to eat often to keep my blood sugar stable and to ward off the craving monsters. If I get overly hungry, it isn't a pretty sight. Come back often and let us know how you are doing. I have added you to my prayer list. We can do ALL things, and we can conquer ALL things, through Christ. He is an unending source of strength :D Blessings to all and prayers continuing! |
 HELLO EVERYONE ~ just a quick one tonight; we had another gorgeous sunny day, but the last two days have been cold with very cold winds: not enjoyable to be outside for long. Have been taking pics, doing indoor stuff and of course household chores and such.
BETHZ ~ will pray for you son and his family. FITCHICK ~ will pray for your situation too; we all need encouragement sometimes. HI GARY ~ hope you have a good weekend home with Angela. HOPE everyone has a great week coming up. Take good care, your fellow encourager :hug:ROSEBUD:hug:^PRAYERS^ ascending for you and yours ... |
bethz
Sorry to hear about the hard times your family is going through. Will keep you and yours in my prayers. Each good choice we make leads to another. You have a good plan. Take a look at what you are using your points for. I bet with a bit of tweaking you will see a difference. Maintaining isn't always bad. It is my DOT time too. We shall see Wednesday if I have any loss or not. If I don't will be the first time in 42 weeks but I will get over it. I will just keep keeping on. Counting I would love to. Clean carpets or not. fitchick :welcome3: You will find lots of encouragement at this site. I thank God I found all these great people. Losing weight isn't always easy. Sometimes we just have to set out minds to it. It does help at first to keep all the things out of the house we shouldn't eat. Make our selfs some kind of plan of what we are going to eat a day and don't forget to get those required amounts of the four basic food groups in. You will find it takes all day to eat enough to fill all those groups. No need to ever be hungry. Maybe set some limits for yourself. Calories, carbs, fat. How ever you decided to lose weight; you have to make it a plan that you can live with. I happen to ,like counting, use fit day because I am also a counter. Not just calories, those are the least of my problem, I have to make sure I take enough in a day. Carbs and fat, for me are the important ones. It is a great site. It is free and after you get it set up with the amounts from the foods you eat. At a glance you can see what you have eaten and what you will need to eat. There are exercise that can be done by just about everyone. Maybe if you tell us a bit more about yourself we can help find a few for you. Might even be some of them that we do our selfs. Please let us know how you are doing. If we can help please let us know. Each of us know we can't do this alone. We also know God is right there with us. All we have to do is listen to what he is saying to us. He wasn't us to be healthy. He wants us to be happy with how we look. |
