Hi ladies-I'm back from vacation, and getting back into my walking rourine. Its nice to see lots of people this month. I also include my jogging in the miles total. I figure at the pace I run, its not that different lol!
November goal- 90 miles

Oh, I've started belly dancing! I'm taking my second class tonight. I'm taking classes at www.orlandobellydance.com and it is so much fun! It's an actual dance class, not a bellydance inspired workout class. However, you do work up a sweat and the music is AWESOME.
I have to share how I got walking partners. I placed an ad that read "looking for female walking partner for early am m-f. Serious committed walkers need only respond." It was cheap to run and I lost weiight and made 3 new friends.

OK I spent the weekend shopping - and I brought my pedomter, so I will log 2 miels for that. It definitely wasn't getting my target heart rate up too much but at least I was moving (and I am tired from it! LOL)
