I love going on vacation because I always lose weight! No matter what I eat, I will lose. Of course this only holds true to vacations where lots of walking is required and usually use of public transportation rather than driving everywhere.

Anyway, I was looking at a magazine I get on outdoor activities and I found information about a travel company that specializes in walking/hiking vacations. I'm excited because it sounds like just what I'd love to do and although DF and I were planning an international trip next year that we would coordinate ourselves, we may end up doing one of the tours offered by this company:
