I decided to shoot for the 120 km lets hope I make it
Biked today for 5 km
I will increase my walking to 60 km and will ride my exercise bike 60 km. My bike is in miles but I have a calculator. Now I just got to get the scale moving in the right direction again.

I had a migraine today and spent most of the day in bed. Then my body was sore from being in bed and I did a hard weight session yesterday so I can hardly move today Went for a short walk with my daugher tonight which helped loosen things up in my body. A slower pace than usual but it was nice to get outside tonight.
