Lightbulb Pedometer

How many steps on a pedometer would equal one point? Sheila

I have heard that the WW pedometers don't work, but I wasn't sure if anybody knew this information. Thanks for your time.

I had one....and it was a piece of crap. I took it back and they gave me my money back. It was very inaccurate. DigiWalker works pretty good. (www.digiwalker.com) The best is Fitsense but it is very expensive. (www.fitsense.com)

Angry "Prevention" Article

I received the September issue of Prevention , where an article discussed how motivating a pedometer can be. I've thought about purchasing one and was curious....

How do you stay motivated to exercise? What is it that makes you want to do it?
