I was a member there for two years, and was very uncommitted to going. Then I rejoined a couple of months ago, and wasn't doing very well at getting rear end there, but I have recomitted myself to it, and after just a few workouts I feel great! WHY can't I get it through my thick skull, that if I just stick with it, I will CONTINUE to feel great?! I am so hard-headed sometimes. I am a low carb dieter, and that along with the Curves workouts gives me great results that I can see pretty quickly. It's wonderful.
I go to Curves myself, but I know that somewhere along the line I will slack off. Don't get depressed over slacking off though, just find something to substitute it with. I constantly look for new exercises to replace those that have become mundane/boring. I quit WATP videos for over a year, but I just went back to them this year and they feel brand new.
For me, I just think of Curves as part of my daily life regimen. I brush my teeth, eat, take my kids to school all of that every day... and I know I have to go to Curves three days a week.
If you put it in your daily life eventually hopefully it will just be part of your life
