Dancing is a GREAT workout. Sometimes I just put on some music do some dumb little dance (lol) Or, I put on my bellydance DVD and do that. Or, even if i dont put on the DVD, ill randomly do some of the bellydancing steps throughout the day (as practice, I am a beginner)
I also walk outside--the treadmill is the epitome of boring. I'll let the dogs out of their pen and take em on a walk (well, they run, i walk...lol)
