I'll start tonight. I've been sick the past few days so I may not be able to do them all. I'm hopign to be able to tear into my Turbo Jam tonight...we'll see how it goes
I did my 200 last night. It's pretty easy for me but I get really winded by 150 but I just take deep breaths and concentrate. Its fun. I'm glad so many people are joining me in this
I break mine into 25 and do them throughout the day. It only takes a minute or so, 8 times a day, and prevents my calves from feeling like they are going to fall off. I got my 200 in today!
Genesis--I'm amazed you could do all that after doing 200 jumping jacks. Awesome! I'm so winded by time I get done with the jumping jacks I can barely make it to my chair. LOL!
50 jumping jacks
20 squat jumps
20 R round house kicks
50 jumping jacks
20 L round house kicks
20 push ups

By breaking it up it made the time fly by and I didn't get too tired because I was using different muscle groups. Next time I'm going to throw in some ab crunches.
I felt so guilty about only doing 30 this am, that I finished and did 170 this afternoon. I'm just sore form yesterday, and tomorrow won't be any better

So I just did my 200, I did them like this:

again with stops for a few seconds in between, I did an extra 10
It only took me about 6 min(about 8 with breaks). My legs are a bit sore and im winded... but other that... maybe I wasnt doing them good enough?
